John 4:23-24 23But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Ps. 95:6 "O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker"
.
Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Hebrews 10:25 (ESV) Not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Acts 17:11 - These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
Psalms 119:9 - Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed [thereto] according to thy word.
Thursday spiritual growth study (lunch served)
11:00am - 1:00pm
Come study the bible Thursday morning at 11:00am.
We meet on Thursday’s in the Fellowship Hall for a time of listening to God’s word, eating together and sharing what we are learning from God. What has struck me in these times with these men and women seeking God is the humility that comes from remembering what God has done in their lives as they have lived through many trying days. As I ponder this from week to week, I am amazed what God truly does with age. The memories become stronger about the times God has stepped in, moved hearts and provided times to repent and be refreshed. It has not stopped with age. Every week someone shares about some “attitude” that needs forgiveness, some outreach that needs to be done. We are daily “spurred on toward love and good deeds.” This never stops and should increase as we “approach the day.” Thankfulness and joy in who God is and what He has done in our lives will lead us forever.
Psalms 119:105 - Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.
2 Timothy 3:14-17 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
